To register contact our Parish (604) 852-5602 to get your code and follow the next steps:
1. Go to Formed.org
2. Enter our Parish Code on the homepage.
3. Create a personal account with your user name/email and password.
Notes:
The final password will be different than the Parish Code.
Do not sign up as an individual- the parish code provides more content that the individual subscription.
